We couldnt have asked for a better experience! My wife and I were looking for our first home and went with JR as our realtor. From the beginning of our process, JR was very friendly, knowledgeable and guided us through each and every step. As first time homebuyers, we had endless questions and a wishlist of things we wanted for our home. JR was always patient, communicative, and diligent in finding a house that would best suit our needs. He was always available and accommodating to ensure we would be able to tour all the homes we wanted to see. Despite how competitive the market felt throughout our process, we always felt reassured by JR that he put our best interests first and advocated for our needs during offers, negotiations, etc. Once we finally found our dream home, JR went above and beyond to help us secure it with our VA home loan. Despite some challenges we experienced along the way with the condition of the home and some unforeseen circumstances, JR navigated the process with true professionalism and persistence, continued to advocate and negotiate on our behalf and made the closing process as seamless as he did. Overall, JR truly exceeded our expectations and made our first-time home buying experience memorable and fun. We always felt like we were in the best care with JR and his whole team. We were in peak of hot market in 2020/21 and JR came through when our previous real estate agent was too busy to cater to the numerous requests we had. We loved how JR was ON TOP of our wild requests and put in offers quickly and kindly. He got us in escrow and we were close to closing. We ended up falling out of escrow because of a personal issue.
