Find a Top Real Estate Agent Today
ZillowVERIFIEDJP went above and beyond in helping us find (and close) our new home. We especially appreciated his honesty and frankness when showing us various properties. At no point did I feel like he was pushy or trying to get us to settle on a home. I felt as if he had a vested interest in the property as well. If for whatever reason he felt like a particular home wasn't a good fit, he was very clear in expressing his opinion. We plan to use him when the time comes to list our house for sale and look forward to the time when he helps us find our next home. We can't rate him high enough!
ZillowVERIFIEDJP was an excellent agent! He was always available and took the time to make sure we understood everything going on with our first house. JP is extremely knowledgeable, and worked quickly to get us a great deal. We were very impressed with his timeliness and professionalism and would recommend him to anyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDI was referred to JP by my close friend who is also a real estate investor. JP had bought and sold many houses for him, and has been very successful. I was a first time home buyer, and JP's knowledge, work-ethic, and availability made me never have to question who I will use for a realtor in the future. He got me a great deal. My friends warned me that this could be a frustrating experience, but JP was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely call him again.
ZillowVERIFIEDJP was incredibly helpful and reliable throughout our homebuying process. We contacted him regarding a specific property on Zillow, he responded immediately, and he showed us the property two days later. As first time homebuyers, we had almost no idea what we were doing going into the first showing, but JP made the process simple and fun for us. He was always right by the phone, ready to answer our questions, schedule showings, etc. He was down-to-earth and honest about all aspects of the process, which is something we really appreciated. I will absolutely seek out JP's services in the future, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe really couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We ended up in a fantastic neighborhood in a great house that we never would have found without him. He was always very accessible and a great support.
ZillowVERIFIEDLife long local JP is a Realtor with Knowledge of all the Neighborhoods I was interested in. He showed me Ghent to Cape Story. He was referred to me by a friend who said JP fought for him and got him a great deal. Still looking but impressed.
ZillowVERIFIEDGreat experience with JP when buying this property. Overall he did a great job and highly recommend him as an agent. You will not be disappointed! Very knowledgeable and accommodating for your needs when looking for a home!
ZillowVERIFIEDThis was our fourth Realtor in our lifetime and we will never use anyone else. JP was honest, transparent, informative, and a strong negotiator as well. We are planning on using him again soon, as I am retiring from the Navy and moving across the country. He has already helped provide an accurate price of our home, as well as found us a great agent on the west coast for our next purchase. If you are buying for the first or the 50th time, it should be with this guy.
ZillowVERIFIEDJP showed me around the Norfolk, VA area over the summer. He was extremely knowledgeable of the market in the area, responsive in his communication with us, listened to our wants and needs, and I would highly recommend him to others.A pleasure to do business with!
ZillowVERIFIEDJP was a tremendous help in finding our home. We were very specific and had a short amount of time to find a place. JP took down all of our requirements for what we wanted and definitely kept all of that in mind when finding properties for us to look at. We are more than happy with our new home.
ZillowVERIFIEDJP Battaglia made our home buying experience a successful one! Helping to narrow and completely focus our search we were successful in finding our dream home! Jp is patient, knowledgeable and a terrific negotiator! I do and still continue to recommend JP Battalia to help ease the stress of the home buying experience.
ZillowVERIFIEDGreat team to work with! Fun and straight forward about the whole process. We had a very tight time frame to purchase our home in and they did it! We would recommend them to anyone buying in the Hampton roads area.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt is with pleasure that I share my comments during a number of experiences using JP as my realtor.I have used the services of JP Battaglia on 2 occasions to buy property in Virginia Beach and would not hesitate to recommend him based on his un-waivering loyalty & abilities as an agent. His ability to guide me through the lending process, enormous amount of paperwork and the timescales involved significantly eased my stress levels and made for a fun buying process! As a professional who has very little time on my hands I could rest easy with JP looking after the negotiations. On both occasions I purchased property with very favourable contract terms, a great price and most of all no drama. If you are considering a realtor to help you buy a property JP will look after you and most of all look after your interests with 100% commitment.
