ZillowVERIFIED Josue was awesome! First time homebuyer and I was super nervous, anxious, unaware of a couple of things. Josue was very knowledgeable, treated us like we mattered and not just another number on his record. Definitely tempered our fears and anxiety buying this home. He was always available to contact and always respectful and really professional. Was very intune with us and was able to pick up when we didnt understand certain things. When these instances occurred he was very proactive in ensuring we understood everything that was going on and if we were ok with it. He was around during all of our walkthroughs per our request because we just felt so comfortable knowing he was present and had our back. He was able to give us tips on what to look for and tips on what to ask. And in the event we may have forgot a key question that we should be concerned about Josue made sure we asked before the meeting was over so we were not left with any uncertainty or were putting ourselves in a bad position. Granted this was our first experience buying a home but I will definitely say this has been the best experience I have been through. So smooth, no headache, no confusion. When the best offer was still less than what I could accept, he proposed a counter offer that would work for me but I was sure the prospective buyer would not accept. A day or two later Josue called me to let me know the prospective buyer did accept. We made no concessions and asked for a few. Those concessions were very helpful for me. I've known Josue for more than 8 years and know him to be an honest person who will work to help anyone get the best deal possible.

He was on a case about our keeping home spotless and organized daily for possible buyers. So, selling was difficult with a young adult son and a sick dog, but Josue was persistent. ZillowVERIFIED As an agent and advisor we found Josue to be thoughtful, sincere, patient, responsive and a good deal maker. He is a very patient and calm individual with a very methodical approach. This really played well with us as we were first time home buyers. Before we rolled out our first offer, Josue insisted that we sit down at his office and go over the entire purchase process. This was very useful as we got acquainted with the puts and takes on how things would play out and were well prepared and on top of everything. Although we bought in Mclean, our search radius was Northern VA and we found Josue to be very knowledgeable about this entire area to help us find the perfect buy that fits our budget and is optimal for our family. During our search Josue was very patient , was not pushy, and insisted that we find the right place and not settle for something that we would later be unhappy with. He kept us encouraged and focused. During negotiations, Josue was very calm and effective. After identifying my objectives, he was relentless in helping drive the bargain with the sellers / listing agent and representing our point of view. ZillowVERIFIED We had a rental agreement lined up for a house, but that fell through. We were in a pinch and needed a place to live. I contacted Josue because I had heard good things about him. We told him the situation. We saw 14 places over a month and none of them felt right. They didn't feel like home. Then on a Saturday morning Zillow emails me some ideas, we see one and let Josue know that morning, we go and check it out that afternoon, and place an offer right after the visit. We paid the asking price because we wanted it. Could we have negotiated and done the back and forth...Sure. We didn't though. We were happy with the price and hopefully we will be happy here for the next 10 years. When it's time to sell we know who we're going to call.
