ZillowVERIFIED Josh and Kelli went above and beyond for us during our home purchase. The timelines they got tasks done in was astonishing, even managing to secure a contractor to repair a roof in under one business day. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am that we reached out to them to represent us as realtors.

ZillowVERIFIED Fantastic realtor. Josh was a very low-pressure realtor, which I appreciated. He was happy to show us a number of houses at a variety of different price points and let us spend time learning about the Bellingham real estate market (as we were relocating). But, when we were ready to buy a house, he was organized and on the ball. For example, when we need a quick pre-assessment, he was able to arrange for a highly qualified assessor to perform the job within 2 hours. Josh is responsive and a good communicator. He is a "full-package" realtor in the sense that he has a number of contacts across all a variety of expertise areas (e.g., designer, contractor, etc) and has helped match us with our needs. He let us call the shots on making the offer but was available with suggestions, as desired. Overall, an outstanding realtor with fantastic knowledge of the Bellingham area. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Josh was amazing to work with. We did not feel pressured to buy anything so he could make commission, which is SO important. He genuinely wanted us to find our perfect home. Plus, he is from Bellingham and knows everything about it! We might have just gotten lucky, but we were expecting the house hunt to take months and months. However, we found the perfect house in the neighborhood we wanted in just a couple of months! We highly recommend Josh and his team. Can't say enough good stuff about them!

ZillowVERIFIED Josh is an excellent agent! He successfully assisted our family with buying and selling in two different cities 50 miles apart in record time. Josh and his team were very knowledgeable about the local area and gave fair market value advise pertaining to certain neighborhoods and properties that gave us the confidence that we were making the right purchase. Adeptly handled rapidly changing information during the buying/selling process keeping our family's best interest forefront. We loved the very prompt communication from Josh and his team whenever we had a question or issue which ensured both transactions moved forward quickly. Would 100% request his services again for future real-estate transactions. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Josh on a transaction in Bellingham and found him to be extremely professional in all aspects. He is a good communicator, represents his clients interests effectively and maintains a high level of ethics in his dealings. He knows the market well, and spends the time before, during, and after the sale to support his clients. You wont find better representation for a purchase in the Bellingham area. Laurent Bentitou

ZillowVERIFIED We worked specifically with Josh and Kelli in the group. I highly recommend them if you are purchasing a home. Throughout the process, they had our best interest at hand, and worked very hard to make sure we found exactly what we wanted. Since this was our first home purchase, we had a lot of questions about the process. Both Josh and Kelli always answered the phone and answered our questions. They are truly good people and made the home buying experience enjoyable. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh and the team are fantastic! Just completed my second deal with them. Kellis swift and prompt service is a breath of fresh air and Macys guidance, photographic and design talents are a huge asset to the team. If you are looking for a top notch team in Watcom county do yourself a favor and hire the Shiflett team -josh is seasoned in cross border transactions when I was moving from Vancouver Canada as well as corporate relocation when I was recently transferred to Michigan.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh helped my parents buy and sell a few properties while I was growing up, so naturally I came to him when it came time to sell our house. Josh was very genuine and personable. I enjoyed working with his whole team, Kelli was always very helpful and Macy did fantastic pictures. Our house was listed and sold within a week. They helped us get into our new house, which we will probably stay in long term but if we do move again Josh with be my first call. Very highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED I would like to extend my gratitude to Josh Shiflett and Kelli Walterskirchen. They are fantastic; they are professional. Josh is a selfless advocate loyal to his customer working well outside of a normal schedule to help us purchase our home. Kelli brought everything together, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions. It is hard to think of another real estate team that can match them in experience, patience and graciousness. Josh was integral in helping us purchase a home. Josh's advice is everything I look for in an advocate; candor, accountability, and he is not afraid to advise one to walk away or wait it out. It is difficult to navigate the Bellingham market as a buyer, it is as much an emotional event as it is a financial one. It is easy to overlook some issues when the properties sell so fast. Josh helped me better understand the housing market in Bellingham, specifically in regards to the sellers and buyers' intricacies in a very hot housing market. His experience as the top seller's agent in Whatcom County was incalculable and he is a realtor that I highly recommend. He helped us find the perfect property in Fairhaven that met all of our requirements. Not only did we get the location we desired, we purchased at a price that was perfect for us. His knowledge and recommendations were critical to timing the purchase to take advantage of predicted drops in price and getting the most value for his client. Josh and Kelli were in constant communication throughout our experience. Both were quick to respond with any question we had. The entire process was about us, the buyer, and they bent over backward to support us. I cannot say enough to express our high satisfaction with Josh and Kelli. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Josh helped us sell/get multiple offers on our condo in Bellingham in less than 48 hours of listing. Josh prepared a marketing plan to make the sale of our property happen. Josh and the Shiflett team helped us with each step of preparing our home for the sale. We lived out of town at the time so it was important to have a supportive team to help us. Josh listened to our concerns through each step of the selling process. Josh also used the latest marketing technology when he listed our property. Our experience was smooth and successful. Contact Josh and listen to his ideas for your property.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh and Kelli are top notch Realtors; the best in the business, in my experience. They went over and beyond the call of duty on several occasions; making my out of state move to Bellingham a pleasurable experience. I have made several real estate transactions over the years, and had yet to find a realtor that truly had my best interest at heart. The Shiflett Team earned my trust, and found the house of my dreams in an extremely challenging market. My family and I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED I called/interviewed 3 different realtors before listing my property, Josh was by far most impressive in response and to all my questions. Additional research determined he's top in the Whatcom County area, making this his daily full-time business, rather than a side-line. He was quick and thorough in all communications, keeping me apprised every step of the way. I wholeheartedly recommend Josh and his team for you selling needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh and Kelli were able to find us our dream house after 6 months of fruitless looking with another realtor. They were both courteous, reliable, easy to reach, prompt in their responses for more info and/or details of our (potential) house purchase. A few snafus with the seller were expertly handled by Josh and Kelli. I would not hesitate to recommend them both.

ZillowVERIFIED Great service. He has the most capable assistant I have ever been around. Kelli Walterskirchen is truly amazing........a real get it done now type of person. The only glitches in the entire move was at the other end with the bank of the buyers of our condo, and a few minor mistakes at our lender. Josh and Kelli did great.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Josh Shiflett to anyone needing a top real estate agent. We originally listed our Bellingham house with another realtor. The house was in excellent condition and in a very desirable location, but this realtor never brought us a single offer. After taking the house off the market, we spoke with Josh Shiflett about re-listing the house. Joshs track record and demeanor impressed us. Josh assured us he would do a very professional job and get the house sold. He absolutely kept his word on all aspects of the sale. The house was sold for full price in just a few weeks! And this was at a slow time, shortly before the Christmas holidays. Once the house was listed with Josh, the whole process of selling went very smoothly. When we had to make a few minor fixes after the home inspection, Josh arranged the work for us, as he is very knowledgeable about contractors in Bellingham. If we decide to buy another house in Bellingham, we absolutely will go to Josh!

ZillowVERIFIED Josh & Kelli went above & beyond to make sure we got the best deal when selling my home. We had multiple offers and were able to negotiate the best possible contract. They always helped me schedule any inspections and cleaning service that was needed. They worked with the buyer on the items that were found during the inspection to make sure they were good with the terms that we offered. When it comes to finding a new home, Josh & Kelli made sure that I found the best fit. They always made time to show me any place I was interested in. If they already had information on a place or had shown the place before they always shared that information with me before we went to look at it. This effort really helped to save time. They made sure that the seller was fair, ethical and wasn't "playing games". I would highly recommend using Josh and his team to sell or purchase a home.
