My experience with Josh was as smooth, seamless and painless as I could possibly ask for. Josh is extremely knowledgeable about many things outside of the real estate business that have been really helpful to us as first time home buyers. He genuinely cares about you buying the right home, making sure its in good condition, and he will fight to get you the right price. Any problems that arose, Josh was always up to bat for us at nearly all hours of the day and always got them resolved quickly, even after closing. Though I dont have much experience with realtors, I dont think its even possible to imagine a better experience with a realtor. Josh Whitney is your guy, whether youre a first time home buyer or a real estate veteran. Easiest 5 stars I will ever give out.
