Joshua did an outstanding job for the wife, and I purchasing our new home. His knowledge of his job is very impressive. On the showing of the house, he was very straight forward telling us his main responsibility is for the buyer, saying don't buy this house because it looks nice, but buy this house because it is nice. He throughly showed, and inspected, everything in, and, out of the home. Joshua was very straight forward from the beginning talking on the phone. His main priority is the buyer. Josh was incredible throughout the entire process! We were first time home buyers with a low budget, but he treated us with the same respect and courtesy as if we were any other client. As a queer couple, we were very wary when beginning this process, but Josh was passionate about ensuring our equal treatment and finding the right home and neighborhood for us! Josh is a former home inspector, so his knowledge was super helpful, especially since we were in a lower income bracket. We were easily able to avoid falling into a aEUR~money pit situation.
