Joshua did an amazing job assisting us with the purchase of our house. His knowledge and expertise really helped us with our first time purchase experience and he also made the process very smooth as he communicated at every step of the way. His customer service was great he knows what he is doing and helped us find what was best for us and a at timely manner. I'm very happy I had Joshua as my realtor in this process and I will highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Josh was great to work with! His knowledge was extremely helpful as well as his honesty and flexibility when viewing properties. From fruit trees to basement mold, he had tips, pointers, warnings, and general information about everything we encountered. He did his homework on every property and took every viewing seriously and was patient with us as we navigated the process. Highly, highly recommend Josh!

Josh was great to work with throughout our home-buying process. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and helped guide us through each step from our initial search through closing. His background in inspections was especially helpful as we evaluated properties and considered potential issues. We appreciated his experience, communication, and support, and were very happy to have made it to closing on the right home.

It was a pleasure working with Josh. My house was a for sale by owner. He brought the buyer and also assisted me in any way he could. Was very attentive and communications were excellent along the way. He was also very professional and always available any time there was a question. I would absolutely work with him again. Probably one of the best realtors in Knoxville!

Josh was extremely good to work with! If you want somebody with knowledge of the area and expertise of how homes should be then you found the right guy. Would highly recommend josh to anybody seeking a realtor.
