In October 2024 we had a complex objective for a real estate company. We were two families moving from New York to Tennessee. We had to move in summer 2025. The goal was to find two homes with very different specifications and requirements in close proximity to one another, preferably in the same neighborhood. We knew that we needed to find a top-notch team with extensive relocation experience to meet this challenge. Our experience with the Sold By Sinclair team started out exceptionally well and stayed that way from day one until the final closing dates on both homes. They were responsive to all of requests to investigate all options from buying land and building, to buying existing homes, to building new homes in a new development. They worked with us to develop and refine our criteria for each home and then helped us to prioritize them. They sent us many listings to review to help us to identify the possibilities. Then we worked together to prioritize the listings. When we came down to Tennessee to review existing homes in November, they created an itinerary for us and scheduled all of the home visits. They also provided a listing of key areas to visit including parks, schools, and shopping areas to help us catch the Knoxville aEURoevibeaEUR?. They spent several days with us viewing each home and evaluating them against our criteria. We were discouraged because we didnt find exactly what we were looking for. At the end of the week, they tried a new concept and took us to a new development to scope it out. It was just what we wanted and we decided that we would build our homes on the same street in Hardin Valley. We signed the contracts the next week. While most real estate agents would have said that their job was done, it wasnt that way with the Sold by Sinclair team. In fact, their work had just begun. They worked with us every step of the way, helping us to resolve every issue that arose and to provide just the advice that we needed in every aspect of our relocation. They helped us find insurance agents and doctors and other professionals. They provided us listings of things to do in Knoxville and the surrounding areas for families with children. They answered endless questions about how things were done in Knoxville. They sent us information on how to get cars registered and insured, how to close on a new home, and all of the other issues that you encounter in a long-distance relocation. When we needed someone to help with the pre-closing walkthrough, they stepped up and offered to help us out. They conducted the walkthrough for us so that we wouldnt have to travel the 900 miles for it. Not only did they conduct the preliminary walkthrough for us, they conducted the final walkthrough as well. They never left our side until the day we closed on our new homes. In our opinion, you could not find a more capable, dedicated, and professional team. On a scale of 1 to 5, without a doubt, Sold with Sinclair is a 10. These folks are the best of the best and you can trust them to provide you the best experience available.
