I originally contacted Christian & Molly as a result of having seen Christians real estate social media presence which featured lots of cool Riverside homes, good market insights and a clear passion as well as deep knowledge of the local Riverside market. When it came time to sell our home, despite interviewing and considering agents from other brokerages it was clear that Christian and Molly stood head and shoulders above the rest with the amount of effort and thoughtfulness put into their proposal. Our sale was also more complex as we wanted to sell a lot of furniture with the house itself. They took this challenge and ran with it crafting an excellent lifestyle feel to the media for the listing including a fun video vignette on top of excellent photography and marketing. As interest rates rose though, the market did start to slow down and both Christian & Molly hosted countless open houses to make sure not to miss a single potential buyer seeing the home. When the buyers were found, they then again went above and beyond to help us negotiate our furniture sale on top of the normal requests for repairs and other matters that result from inspections, loan requirements etc. Bottom line is they did an awesome job with our unique property and unique situation, met us exactly where we needed them to with facilitating this next step in our lives and were just great partners all around! Cannot recommend them highly enough if you are buying or selling in the Riverside or surrounding area!

John and his team are the best in the business! We had some trouble with the first buyers of the house and we needed it sold ASAP. He was quick to get it back on the market and pushed for more advertisement. Our house was sold just in time and we couldn't be happier! He was also the one that found us the house. Best all around agent around and just a great guy!!!
