Honestly, I was blown away by her knowledge, commitment, and dedication to her work. I had tons of questions about the home selling process throughout the duration of our time together, and she always made me feel comfortable to ask, was willing to hop on a phone call, would even stop by my house to have conversations, and either knew the answers or would quickly seek out someone she knew to find out the answer for me. It was also great that she has so many connections and resources to make the process even smoother. She was accessible and prompt, whether it was answering questions or sending out forms for signature. I like knowing further details on all of the information presented to me, and Amanda had no issue with walking me through every page of every contract/document and explaining what each clause meant and everything! She is so patient and kind. On top of that, with the level of care and attention that I received, I felt like I was her only client, even though she had several other clients in addition to myself. Not to mention, her marketing of my home was superb! I fully believe that her marketing strategy is what led to the quick sale of my home, and I'm so thankful for her and her skillset.
