He listed our house and after a month we choose to take it off the market, during the holidays. When we listed it again in January it sold in 2 days. Josh was awesome guiding us through the process. Josh has taken us to see many houses and none seem to call to us yet. He hasn't been flustrated with us. Very easy to work with and is not pushy to get us to make offers on something we may regret. The best part about Josh is showing us a property the same day. He seems to drop everything to help his clients in any way possible. ZillowVERIFIED Josh and Kira are the best of the best! Period! This was the first house I have ever purchased and was wary of the process as well as going with an unknown real estate agent. In my first phone call with Josh, he immediately put me at ease. He was professional, of course, but I quickly felt I was speaking to a trusted friend who had my best interests at heart. I was working under a fairly tight timeline. I provided Josh dates of when I would be in town to see a few homes and although he was going to be travelling he ensured my schedule was accommodated by connecting me with his partner Kira. Yet another rockstar at my service. Kira met me at my house of choice. It wasn't for me, so we saw a couple more of my choosing. None were right....at which point Kira took over. :) She took me back to their office, reviewed a number of homes online and selected the ones that made the most sense. What I was impressed by was not only Kira's respect for my time, but also her care and immediate understanding of what I was looking for. She went out on a limb and said -- "ok, there is one last house, I think might be just right for you...." She nailed it. It was the one! Josh then put me in touch with Mortgage Broker, Jim Pogue, who I would also recommend to anyone in the Tri-Cities area. From beginning to end, Josh and Kira were responsive, professional, caring, trustworthy and so very knowledgeable of the Tri-Cities market. A process, which by the way, took a mere 3 weeks! I can't recommend Josh and Kira highly enough. They not only shepherded me through my first home purchase, but I now have two new trusted friends in the Tri-Cities. So many thanks to you!

Josh had sold my Son's house in 34 days and my son recommended him to us. I called Josh and was very pleased with his commitment and drive when it came to selling property. By the next day, he would have all the information printed out, and a plan ready to go for us to view the homes. Josh never kept us wondering, or out of the loop.We had a difficult time dealing with the lending part of the process. When we were unable to get a hold of the lender, for reasons unknown, Josh was who we went to for help. He went out of his way to get a hold of them and figure out what was going on. Out of all the people involved in our home buying process, Josh was the one person we could rely on 100% of the time.Josh took some vacation to the Oregon coast at one point during our closing process. ZillowVERIFIED We sold our house. Josh didn't show it once. Nice guy but he's all talk. After we sold our house, he knew we were shopping for another one and we didn't hear from this guy again, after he got paid. I'm a straight forward client and I don't think he liked that. If you're not in a big rush, then Josh is ok. Not a bad guy, just doesn't care about clients, only getting paid. I wouldn't recommend him.
