ZillowVERIFIED Working with Josh to sell my condo in Lynnwood was painless and easy. He looked out for me during my construction and sent me pictures of what the contractor needed to fix before it was put on the market. I forward the pictures to the contractor and the contractor fixed the error. I choose to work with Josh Barnard again if I am buying or selling any property in the future. My advice to you is to do the same for buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Andy communicated frequently during entire process. This was our first time selling a home so his knowledge of real estate helped guide us to make the decisions we made.
