Joe did an outstanding job helping us find a home to buy that would work for us. We had some pretty specific criteria for a new home. Joe was very patient, listened to our desires and helped us find our next home, as we live on the eastern part of Washington, and most of the homes we wanted to see were in Lake Stevens, Marysville, and Arlington, which was a longer commute for him, and for us. Joe has property management experience which gives him good insight into existing or possible home issues which was very valuable during home tours. He went above and beyond for us. Joe was knowledgeable about every aspect of the filling process as well as carpentry, plumbing, landscaping and electrical wiring. It was truly a pleasure to look at houses with him . Joe sold a unique property for our family , it was our parents home and my dad had a love of cars so the emphasis was more garage space than a normal home and would take just the right buyer. He spent a lot of time with open houses and went above and beyond by shoveling snow so prospective buyers would have access through the snow drifts. He kept in constant contact with all the family members and we felt well informed throughout the whole process. It is a bittersweet time of life when you are selling a family home and Joe showed us much caring and compassion. Thank you Joe
