During the height of the Chicago summer moving craze, during covid, she went above and beyond to work with two crazy work schedules doing video walk-throughs, scouting out available places, ensuring my partner and I wouldn't be wasting a ton of money on numerous applications. She was quick to find us a place and always had our best interests in mind. She was communicative, answered all my questions (and I had a lot), and ended up finding us a beautiful place that hit all our marks. She never pressured my partner or me and was so patient with us.I don't usually leave reviews, but I've moved a few times in Chicago and Michelle really stuck out to me compared to other agents I've dealt with in the past.
