Joe is the best realtor I have ever worked with. I have sold two homes and purchased another home with Joe. If you want to sell your home he is the man to do it. The first home he sold in 1 month the second one was sold in 3 days. Joe knows how to market and the results is a fast sell.

joe has helped me buy six homes in Florida. he has helped me sell five of them and is working on #6.i live in Indiana and can not be on site to look at homes I am interested in. I call joe and the next day he sends me a video of home and his view on home. I go from there

Joe sold a home for us this past year. His work was first rate in all respects. He was always helpful, responding to concerns and questions promptly and helpfully. We ended up selling within a few months, to buyers who seem great, and at a price we could all find fair and acceptable.We were particularly impressed with how creatively Joe assessed the home, which had some unique features that made it hard to assess with the conventional comparability measures.We were 100% happy using Joe for our real estate agent.
