Sellstate

Unfortunately, my experience with Maria AvendaA+-o was very disappointing. I didnt feel I received a professional or impartial service. It seemed more focused on benefiting the seller rather than helping me as a buyer. I would not recommend her services to other clients.aEUR?

Maria looked at our property, helped us determine the right pricing for our location and knew what client market would be appropriate for our listing. We signed with her on a Sunday and within 2 days we had interested buyers. Her expertise in the market really showed during the facilitation of our home sale. Thank you so much!

I had a terrible experience with this real estate agent. She used my inspection report, which I paid for, and gave it to another buyer without my consent. This completely broke trust and was completely unethical. I do not recommend her services at all

Maria was/is outstanding! Maria went over and above all expectations. It was quick it was easy. I am elated with her expertise! My friends and family could not believe that there was not one hiccup in the whole process from beginning to end.
