ZillowVERIFIED Jospeh Eterno is a wonderful agent who always had our best interest at heart! He was so patient with us (even when we changed our mind a million times??). He is extremely knowledgeable about the current market trends, and I always felt like he was up front and honest with us about what was the best (and smartest) choices for us! You couldnt pick a better agent than Joe and the whole Eterno Group!!! We highly recommend them!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph helped us during a time that was somewhat stressful for our family. He worked with us to help find contractors to get the house ready and by following his advice the house sold in record time. He met with us at each step of the way and we always had a solid understanding of where the house was in regards to the market. Throughout the entire process Joseph was extremely professional, highly communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. We were even able to sign all documents digitally which made things really easy and convenient for us. We could not have imagined going through this process with anyone else. He definitely has our business for life and we proudly tell anyone looking for an agent to reach out to him and the Eterno Realty group.

ZillowVERIFIED Let me start by saying if you want a relator whos going to bend every which way to satisfy you, Joseph is the man! Every time we viewed a new property Joe would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. I transitioned out of the Army and never thought my home buying experience would be this easy and smooth. Every question I had, no matter what time of day Joe squared me away. Honesty, integrity, personable and selfless service is what you get when you work with Joe. I consider Joe a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph helped us sell our house in Jefferson so we could move across country. We were under contract over asking price in less than 24 hours after going on the market, with multiple offers! When we met Joseph, he was very knowledgeable about the local market and was very specific about what small improvements we could do in the house to get top dollar.

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph Eterno was a fantastic real estate agent! He was always available to answer questions, gave great advice about homes in the area, and kept us constantly informed with the progress of our sale. He met with us first and went through the entire selling process. After our home had an offer on it, we started looking at homes to purchase. Joseph had an immense knowledge base of the area we were looking to move. He went above and beyond to provide us as much information as possible on each potential home we looked into purchasing, which helped us make an informed decision. He has the knowledge, experience, commitment, patience, integrity, and availability that you need in a realtor! I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently closed on our dream home thanks to Joseph Eterno! We contacted Joseph with an extensive wish list and a tight time-line. Joseph explained the process up front and let us know what to expect in our market. He got to work quickly locating homes that fit our criteria and once we found our future home, he negotiated expertly on our behalf. While under contract, he kept us updated on progress and helped to move the process forward efficiently. We highly recommend Joseph Eterno and would use his services again in a heartbeat!

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph was a total pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the areas where I was looking and didn't hesitate to give me valuable advice. He was incredibly responsive, answering my many texts immediately in most cases. He has a great personality and is fun to be around. During my loan approval process, which was slow and complicated, he stayed in touch with my lender and made me feel secure that I knew where I stood at all times. I bought an older home where the inspection turned up many issues. He helped me to put each in the proper perspective. Most of all, he was good at "hand holding," something I really needed. I'd recommend him to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph sold our house and helped us find a new one in the Jefferson area. He did a phenomenal job keeping us informed and up to date on the sale of our home. He fought through several challenges to make everything work out and was a constant encourager through the process. After the sale of our home we had a short timeline to find something for our family and Joseph showed us houses (several of them!!) till the right one came along. He took time out of his schedule to help us look at different homes and gave us options in several different areas and price range. We probably weren't the easiest customer, but Joseph made the selling and buying experience quite pleasant. I will use Joseph again without question and would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell do the same. He is a great real estate agent, a man of integrity, and a joy to be around.

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph helped us relocate a family member to expedite listing. He drove all over Northeast Georgia to help us find a home for this family member. He checked on the property regularly as we were several hours away, recommended local services as we needed them, and was always prompt with correspondence. He is an extremely nice guy and was awesome to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph definitely went above and beyond what he was supposed to do. He showed us homes that we were interested in, in a very timely manner. He always responds to his emails or phone calls within 24 hours, usually within the hour. And, most importantly, when we had a very difficult closing due to our mortgage broker, he got in touch with them and made the deal happen! I think it was the most difficult closing he ever had to deal with, and tried to keep me calm through the entire thing. He is a great guy to deal with and I highly recommend him!
