ZillowVERIFIED Overall, the experience of buying a house with Jose was amazing. Here is my breakdown:1. Very professional and responsive. He always answered my questions, even if it was late at night or weekends.2. He is a very kind person. Being a broker can be a stressful job when working with lots of people. With Jose, we didn't feel his stressfulness, he was always nice to us even though he was dealing with other people.3. Has a lot of real state knowledge/experience. There was a lot of "unknown" things for us when buying the property, a lot of it has to do with the bank, Jose gave us good advices when making critical decision. We are very happy with the service and will be decently be working with him on our next purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently purchased a property with the assistance of Leslie Perez from Exit Realty All Stars. I'm extremely pleased with the work Leslie put into from the first day we worked together. Her level of experience, knowledge in the Real State market and fast Response convinced me she's the type of Real State Agent everyone needs when purchasing a home. Using Exit Realty All Stars gave me more confidence in possible realtors and will be working with Leslie Perez & Jose Perez in the near future when I'm ready to buy my second Real State property. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Exit Realty All StarsThank you Team.

Before considering Jose I did my research and it turns out he has 5 stars and a lot of positive comments. ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Jose to buy a condo in East Boston. I did not have a buyers agent so most of my communication was with him directly. He is very responsive and communicates well between the seller and buyer. I never had a problem with waiting for responses from him. He is easy to talk to and explained the process without hesitation as I was a first time home buyer. He gave me good recommendations for home inspection services, attorney and any services I needed. I would highly recommend working with Jose!

ZillowVERIFIED When first speaking with Jose he was very upfront with me and asked questions about what I was looking for. I was new at looking at homes to buy and he walked me through the process. He was open to showing me all kinds or properties in my price range. Once we found what I was looking for he explained all the steps to me. His wife was also very helpful with the background paperwork. I would recommend him to all my friends in Massachusetts.

ZillowVERIFIED I had met Jose as a result of requesting a showing on a property that I was interested in and he was the agent that came for the showing. Jose was very nice, engaging, and made sure to reach out to me the next day to follow up and the ended up being my listing agent on a property that I was in the beginning stages of selling. One of many things that struck me was that he was not one of those pushy sales people who treated people as a means to a self enrichment. Jose is a dedicated professional listens and that is customer service oriented, who listens, available, and very responsive to texts, calls and emails. He exudes confidence at all times, friendly, easy going with tremendous market and pricing knowledge. Jose has demonstrated on multiple occasions that he will without hesitation to go above and beyond for his clients and truly dedicated to making things happen. My case started off like a normal sell and buy arrangement that turned into the deal from hell. The buyer had multiple issues regarding financing that put the deal in jeopardy and Jose and the team went into action and worked diligently to solve some complex issues that came up during this process on both sides. Jose demonstrated a tremendous calming effect when each delay was taking a toll on nerves. Any issue came up, Jose moved quick to solve the problem by going above and beyond and delivered a customer service experience that was amazing and should serve as a model as to how to run a business. Both Jose and his team were a pleasure to work with and people who you want to have in your corner when it comes to negotiating. All in all I would not hesitate to work with Jose again when I am open to purchasing another property. When you work with Jose, you will have the same experience and be confident in your decision to move forward with a Realtor who is dedicated to getting the deal done.Good Luck!
