ZillowVERIFIEDRoxana was assigned to me randomly by Zillow. She was great at returning phone calls and getting me in to see properties, but there were times when it took too long to get in to see places. It turned out she lived over an hour away, so I think that was a factor in getting me in.. I needed a more local agent. The real problems began when she couldn't look up the building permit history, and I had to figure out how to do this myself. I kept finding new properties to look at, she never once notified me of something new I was looking for, and it just felt like I was doing all the work. The last straw was the negotiation phase where she managed to upset the listing agent, and gave me no other choice but to find another agent.
