What can I say about Monica, well I think she was sent from God, before she came along, we just couldnt find a house to our taste and more so to our expenses. Within a couple of weeks after my husband met her, he took to her instantly and it literally was within that month that we saw a house and because we do not live in the Florida area, Monica went and looked at the house, took videos of the house and sent it to us. Once we put a contract on the house, our big bank was putting us through the ringer, Monica stepped in and put us onto a finance (loan) company that made it so much easier and this is when I could stop stressing, for those who are looking to take out a mortgage on a house, things have changed and there is a lot more information that lenders are asking for, I guess because of all the scamming. Each and every time we needed to do an e-signing Monica was on us and didnt give us time to put it off, she kept on us and we just knew it was in our own interest to sign the documents. When Monica went on vacation, I thought we wouldnt hear from her, but she was on it right up until the very end, and she made sure all the information for the closing was done and we still havent physically gone to see the house as Monica has been our eyes and ears and I trust her wholeheartedly, so in finishing this review, I would say, you will not be sorry if you use Monica Nolasco as your realtor, especially If you are living in another State, she has worked miracles for us and I know she will do the same for you. God Bless you Monica Jennifer

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Cara! From beginning to end, she went above and beyond for us in every possible way. She made sure we had all of the information we needed, stayed on top of every detail, and helped make sure everything was completed on time. Her communication was beyond excellent. We never had to wonder what was happening or what came next because Cara was always there to answer questions, give updates, and make sure we understood every part of the process. She made what could have easily been a stressful experience feel incredibly smooth and manageable. What impressed me most was how much she genuinely advocated for us. She worked hard to get us everything we asked for and made sure our needs were taken care of every step of the way. You can tell she truly cares about the people she works with and isnt just there to complete a transaction. If youre looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, dependable, hardworking, and genuinely invested in making sure you have the best possible experience, Cara is the one you want. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and could not have asked for a better realtor. I would recommend her without hesitation!

Maria was amazing from the moment she picked up my call. She guided me through the entire process and went above amd beyond to make the transaction process as smooth as possible. I definitely recommend her for any of your real estate needs.

Maria is the gold standard! She was there with my wife and I every step of the way and made our dreams come true, even going above and beyond. I cannot emphasize enough how happy we were to go with her and that she is the best in the business!

Maria was amazing start to finish. I am a single mom who was relocating from San Diego ca to Port Saint Lucie fl, she handled everything from start to finish remotely and put us in a home we absolutely love. She is awesome at what she does as its more than just a job to her, its her passion. Thanks Maria for everything!
