My Business is a top producing firm, focusing on quality over quantity. Our stats for 2024 was 260 homes at $135m in closed volume. We have a 3 tier approach that was highly successful for our sellers in 2024. 1. Active and Aggressive Prospecting: Our team and I prospect daily to contact hundreds of buyers and sellers in the market looking to make connections. We call neighborhoods, realtors, title lists, just listed and just solds, and many others. Our goal is to connect sellers with buyers, and so far this year, we have written offers on 1/3 of our properties. Also as a top brokerage and team, we have realtor connections across the country that we refer business back and forth.
