Avoid Doing Business with Jordan Matin & Matin Real Estate Our experience with Jordan Matin and his company has been nothing short of a nightmare. He does not honor his word, goes back on agreements, and is completely unreliable when it comes to following through on commitments. After signing a contract to purchase a home, we presented three reasonable options to resolve an issueaEUR"rather than working with us, he came up with a fourth option: telling us to sue him. Additionally, he requested that funds be wired directly to him instead of going through a proper escrow process, which is a major red flag. This raises serious concerns about potential misconduct and the security of buyers' earnest money. If you are considering working with Jordan Matin or his company, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. There are plenty of honest realtors and investment opportunities that dont come with deception and frustration. Save yourself the stress and avoid doing business with him.
