We highly recommend Jordan -- she was very professional, obtained the best possible sales price for our home and property (our home sold at $5K above the asking price!), and logistically helped us to make the improvements needed that made this possible (quickly connected us to electricians, granite specialists, and painters). Moreover, in the middle of all of this, my husband had emergency surgery, and Jordan was very sensitive throughout this unbelievably stressful time in our lives. My wife and I used Jordan to sell our house in the spring of 2020. Jordan did an outstanding job in assisting us staging the property, marketing the property and negotiating with prospective buyers and their realtors. While we listed our house to sell during a relative slow period in the Bryan/College Station real estate market, Jordan was aggressive in promoting our house by holding open houses and in online advertising. Jordan spent all the time necessary to answer questions and concerns we had about marketing our home and negotiating the terms with prospective buyers. Jordan looked out for us which is what any seller or buyer would want in their agent. Ultimately, Jordan got us a solid deal on the sale of our home. Jordan is honest, hard-working, friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable in her field and from what I can, well respected by her colleagues in the real estate industry.
