I searched to find "best realtor in College Station", when I was looking to move from out of state. I had never been to the area, and bought the house sight unseen. Jordan was absolutely incredible, giving me great detail about the area, and about the home itself, including taking the time to do a facetime tour with me. She is definitely the BEST realtor in the area. This entire experience was frustration free, and as a first time home buyer, the bar is set as high as the sky for everyone else. I am nominating Jordon for the Best Damn Realtor I ever had! And that's saying a lot! I have dealt with many realtors over my long life and this young lady went waaaaay beyond what any of them ever did. She was always presenting me with the best options in any negotiation situation and always there to narrow them down for me to get me the best price for my house. I first met her when I was looking to buy a house before I sold this one and with knowledge and savvy she got me past another realtor who was just getting in my way. And that helped me make the best decision I could have when I asked her to sell my house. She's got a great team put together to cover all the right bases and Brianne Doyen and Jordan did an excellent job keeping me informed about all the details, ya know the stuff that can make ya nuts. They even took care of things that weren't part of the job when Gramps had a senior moment! You will be soooo happy you got these women to help you with whatever your real estate needs might be. They are smart, knowledgeable and street enough to know their way around things that can make you glad you've got them in your corner!
