ZillowVERIFIEDYou will not find more honest, knowledgeable, hardworking, and down to earth agents than Jamie Upchurch and Jordan Freeman at Welcome Home Real Estate Group. Jamie was our agent when we purchased our first home 10 years ago and we couldn't think of anyone better to help us sell that same home. Jamie kept in constant contact keeping us updated on everything and was always quick to respond when we had questions throughout the process of selling. Both Jamie and Jordan treat you like family and not a business transaction, which makes a HUGE difference throughout the sometimes confusing process of selling a home. Ten years ago we were told that the value of our first home would increase over time. Boy was that an understatement!!! Not only did our value increase, it increased so much that we are now paying cash for our next home. We wouldn't have that without Jamie and everyone at Welcome Home Real Estate Group!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jamie and Jordan have been so valuable during the process of selling our home. There is a reason I chose to use them and those reasons are demonstrated in the five stars given above! If youre looking for an agent that will have your best interest in mind and fight for you all the way to closing, you will want to use Jamie and her team! I have always felt comfortable picking up the phone and contacting anyone on the team to answer questions at any time. This is the second time I have used Jamie and her teal and will continue to do so in any deal I make from here on! Thanks for all your hard work!!!

ZillowVERIFIED They listed the house, made contact with a potential investor they knew and we had a offer with 24 hrs. They advised us that we should ask for $5000 more and we did; the buyer agreed with our counter. Kept us updated every step of the way. We had the closing statements to review prior to closing to verify everything. Was the easiest and quickest closing I have ever been part of.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure working with both Jamie & Mike. They were very honest about market conditions and our home's value. Most importantly, they were both very responsive and fast to return calls, texts, and emails. Our process was very smooth and stress free (as stress free as selling a home can be).

ZillowVERIFIED Extremely helpful and professional. They came in, gave us suggestions and immediately began showing the house. We had more showings in the first week than we did with another agent in six months. Once we got an offer, they helped with all the negotiations to closing. Amazing job to get us where we needed to be. They sent postcards, utilized social media and got the word out. I would recommend them without reservation and will use them again if I ever need real estate assistance.

ZillowVERIFIED I wish there was 10 stars in this eval!! Jordan was my agent, and Jamie helped too. The best customer service on the planet is American Express. A VERY close second are these guys!! EVERY step of the process was flawless. They treated me soooo very well. They worked on my offers, back and forth, all hours even late night and weekends and even holidays! I am a TOUGH person on customer service evals. I am not joking one little bit when I say these guys are the best!! You need to sell or buy a home, go see these folks. They know what they are doing, they explain everything they follow through on everything. I mean flawlessly. Do yourself a big favor, go see them. No headaches, made it painless, and they really care about me. Even after the sale, called to see how I was making out getting settled in. And I bought a sub $100K home and still got the BEST service. Check them out you will be glad you did!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jaimie and Mike Upchurch are very good at what they do. I was with another agent/agency for over 6 months and was unable to purchase a home even though we made 2 separate offers. I feel that the agent was not working for/with me. When I contacted Jamie, I received a call from Jordan Freeman within 2 hours. He immediately out me at ease and within 2 days, my husband and I had a contract and now we own the home! Could not be more pleased!

ZillowVERIFIED They are the best realtors we have ever dealt with. They viewed our property and told us exactly what to do to get it ready to sell, helped us find craftsmen to do the work, and set the price. They were with us every step of the way, kept us informed during the process, and got us the more than we expected.
