Jonathan worked diligently to be sure I was moving to the condo of my choice after showing me several. Even though he was selling my house for me and working hard to do open houses and negotiating the best price. But he always goes the extra mile in everything he does. Jonathan is a fantastic real estate agent -- professional, knowledgeable, personable, and diligent. He truly earns his commission in every step of the process from the no-pressure visit with my elderly parents who were just scoping out the process for selling the house to the final days and hours when he was doggedly following up with the attorneys and agents to make sure all the details were right and the process was moving forward. In between, he was in close communication with us about showings (despite the house being empty), the many open houses he held, any maintenance issues or concerns with the property, the housing market situation, and pricing recommendations. In our case, elderly parents had moved out and we were managing the empty house remotely. Jonathan was super-helpful with everything, including furniture sales, clearing out the house, checking on permits, arranging for any needed repairs, and even trimming the bushes.
