As a first time seller of a home, I cannot recommend Jonathan Lorber enough!!! I was unfamiliar with the process of listing, selling, and negotiating, which made me extremely nervous. Knowing his familiarity with the area, and closed sales in the area, I put my complete trust in him. He guided me through every step with patience, and understanding. Once my property was listed, he managed several open houses, and showings on my behalf. He advertised my property throughout the neighborhood, and on social platforms as well. Once the sale was executed, he thankfully streamlined the closing process for me. I put my complete trust in him, and will definitely be using him for any of my Real Estate needs moving forward.

Jonathan Lorber was great! He went above and beyond with helping us negotiate the price, working with the homeowners association, the lawyer, the notary, and everyone involved in the sale. He kept us informed every step of the way, gathered all the details that were needed, and arranged and followed up on everything that needed to be done. We were selling our Inverrary condo remotely, and Jonathan made the entire process seamless and stress free.

Jonathan was extremely punctual, professional, and consistently checked in throughout the entire process to keep everything on track.
