Jon was outstanding in every aspect of selling our mothers 60-year old family home in Warrenton, Va. From our first meeting, Jon explained his experience, strategy, fees, etc and I was convinced he was the right agent to represent us. He was professional, courteous, and prompt throughout. He gave excellent advice and brought in a professional interior designer to help with staging. We had a clean contract offer over list price in just 3 days on MLS.
