This market is very competitive (most homes go under contract within hours of active listing), and Jon was able to get us under contract without paying over market-value. Throughout both processes, Jon and Rayanne were very responsive and promptly got us any information/documentation we asked for. Rayanne even gave us some decor ideas for our new home.I recommended Benya group to my brother-in-law. We started selling our home and as most sellers we had a number in our head that we wanted to hit for the selling value, Jon got us 98% of that, which the market forecasted otherwise. On top of that, we had our hearts set on a new construction and if youve ever dealt with a new construction sale you would know time is of the essence. Unfortunately, Adrian could not complete the shortsale requirements in a timely manner and several buyers walked away. For the final sale, I had to call Jonathan directly to get his help closing the deal before another contract expired. I know a shortsale is a longer process, but I dont feel like Adrian followed up and made phone calls to help keep the process moving. I also dont think he understood the shortsale process or explained the fees and expenses clearly. I had my house listed with a different agent for 5 month and it was a straggle no showing no offers nothing .
