ZillowVERIFIEDI'm excited to share the tremendous experience we had working with John Tereby and his relocation team. I was referred to John by a friend and setup a meeting with him. He came to our home and reviewed how his team works the strategies/methods they follow and gave us a deep dive into the real estate market in Mercer county. Once we decided to move forward we worked with John and his team to get our house ready to sell. We got assistance on how to unclutter our home and stage it in the best way possible. We setup each room to ensure high quality photos and videos. They also took exceptional drone footage that highlighted our property and surrounding area. We relied on John to determine when to list the house and what to set the asking price at. When the time came to put our house on the market the process went like this. We listed our house on a Wednesday. We had 2 days of open house on Saturday and Sunday. There were plenty of visitors each day over the weekend. John informed all of the realtors to have best and final offers in by Tuesday at noon. On Wednesday we met with John to find we had 10 offers at or over asking price. We chose a buyer and sold our home for 50K over asking. John was always reachable during the entire process. He recommended a lawyer for us to use for closing and put us in touch with a repairman to fix 2 minor issues. We could not be happier with working with John and his team. Selling our home was a huge event for us. Thanks to John and team we nailed it!
