Cynthia Schiff was my point of contact with the John Sommer team. She is a true professional and really goes the distance with assistance. She was succesful in obtaining Homeowners Insurance from the seller, she assisted with the Inspection and Radon Drop and she even requested and obtained the Sellers lawn mower to leave behind for me!
