I went through 3 other realtors (1 from the radio) before I found Debbie and the Sommer team. Debbie always kept in contact and really worked to get the sale. After working with the other realtors that just want to get the listing it was really a breath of fresh air to work with this group! They worked for me to get it done!

John was a pleasure to work with and did a great job communicating with us during every step of the process. I will recommend John to all of my friends and family moving forward.

Priced the house right . Our home sold quickly and our agent helped uss a new home that was just right for us. They dealt with issues in a timely manner.

John did a great job for us! Highly recommend! Great realtor. On top of everything ! Very knowledgeable. Was familiar with all aspects of the sale.

Cynthia Schiff was my point of contact with the John Sommer team. She is a true professional and really goes the distance with assistance. She was succesful in obtaining Homeowners Insurance from the seller, she assisted with the Inspection and Radon Drop and she even requested and obtained the Sellers lawn mower to leave behind for me!
