ZillowVERIFIEDRyan was a true partner through a difficult process. There were many challenges on the financing front , none of his making , but he stuck with me and provided several options of people I could talk to on alternative financing . It was up to the wire 24 hours before closing but it was done . Ryan is very responsive , always helpful with practical suggestions , knows the market well and will actually listen to what you want unlike some other agents. I always felt my time was being well used and after closing Ryan has remained available for any follow up questions. I would like to have seen a little more push on getting money off for things that needed fixing from the survey - we did get something off but maybe a little more negotiating ! Highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking to purchase a home.
