John aEURoeRumaEUR? was outstanding from start to finish. His knowledge and expertise is remarkable and we would not have been as successful throughout this process without him and his team. My only regret is NOT taking his advise on choosing a lender. Had I listened to Rum we could have saved ourselves some headaches and delays! Lessons learned. Next time around I will go with Rums advise 100% of the time.

I had the best experience working with Sara! While the home buying experience can be stressful, Sara made me feel so supported and her team is amazing as well. The team has expert connections for support during the process and after completing the home buying process. I would recommend Sara to anyone looking to purchase a home. I have to also mention how genuine Sara is as a person and how I feel like she is now a life-long friend.

Sara and Rum were absolutely amazing. We are so thankful to them for helping us purchase our beautiful home! They also helped us rent out our old townhouse and that process was extremely smooth and stress free! I highly recommend working with Sara!

Ryan was a true partner through a difficult process. There were many challenges on the financing front , none of his making , but he stuck with me and provided several options of people I could talk to on alternative financing . It was up to the wire 24 hours before closing but it was done . Ryan is very responsive , always helpful with practical suggestions , knows the market well and will actually listen to what you want unlike some other agents. I always felt my time was being well used and after closing Ryan has remained available for any follow up questions. I would like to have seen a little more push on getting money off for things that needed fixing from the survey - we did get something off but maybe a little more negotiating ! Highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Excellent from start to finish. Had a great understanding of the market and area. Communication was top notch with thoroughness and transparency. He made the process smooth and simple. Highly recommend John and his team in any real estate dealings.
