Mr Plante helped me buy the perfect house in Lowell, his knowledge of the area and prices had made this process much easier as I learned a great deal of what to look for and how to navigate through the process from pre approval to final closing. I was able to take a lot of his advice and get a better deal with the seller through some of the negotiating that John was highly skilled at. The little and unseen details became more transparent with his guidance to become an exciting time as a new home owner. I would most definitely recommend John for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Merrimack Valley as he is a super sleuth to find the home for you, and I will certainly enlist him again If needed in the future.
