We are so grateful we got to buy our new home with John as our realtor. I worked with John for almost a year until I finally found the home I was looking for in Fairfax, VA. Over that time John showed me a wide variety of homes without any of the 'buy-now' pressure of other agents. In fact, he would bring negative aspects of the property to my attention that I missed. This is highly unusual, but delightfully refreshing, for someone working on commission. John also took special care to walk me through and explain to me ALL of the paperwork in the offer / buying processes (none of that just sign here and dont worry about the details nonsense other agents try). John was our agent in purchasing a 1 bedroom in Pentagon City, Arlington a few years ago. John is amazing! He's not your average real estate agent -- in addition to being incredibly knowledgeable about the market, available properties and features, John is incredibly caring, compassionate and patient. We were first time home buyers and knew absolutely nothing about the home buying process. John took his time to walk us through every step of the process and answered every one of our questions, not matter how silly they were. He truly had our best interests in mind and took care of us as if we were long-time friends. He saw dozens of apartments with us and was instrumental in helping us make our decision.
