They are professional, have great knowledge and always do what they say they are going to do. They are also very responsive and are happy to explain any part of the process you do not understand. We had given up on finding our dream condo in Naples, but Laurie never gave up. Perseverance, professionalism, honesty, helpfulness and always looking out for us, her customer. Three years she doggedly searched for what WE wanted. Not an easy task. She even helped us out when there was no commission involved. She continued to assist us after the sale.
