My wife and I first contacted Kathy Rainford to explore entry level properties in Naples and what our budget would allow - at the time we chose not to progress and maintained friendly and informal relations - at no time were we made to feel like timewasters but also there was never any pushiness - just the reassurance of solid support and guidance when the time was right for us Within 6 months our circumstances had changed and we had , thanks to the help of Kathy and her colleague John , narrowed our search area and defined our needs and our budgetBeing overseas buyers ( British ) we appreciated the understanding and patience of Kathy and , being British herself , her taking the time to explain and guide us through every step of an unfamiliar house-buying process So here we are , we got the keys a few days ago and it has really been an excellent and pain free experience - we were guided and our hands held every step of the way , we were kept informed and told of the upcoming next stages and provided sound guidance all the way alongKathy defines the phrase "going above and beyond " - there are so many little ways along the process that she was able to help like emailing us ( post close ) local contact names of services and stores that we were eager to discover This property is our first entry on the Naples property ladder but won't be our last purchase We would unreservedly recommend the team , and Kathy Rainford in particular , for truly excellent service and support and specifically if your a British or overseas buyer there really is only one number to call
