He stuck by us in Negotiations and pushed above and beyond what a normal realtor would. He pushed for earlier settlement. Helped us in our move and never belittled us. Honestly if it wasnt for John my irritation with th e title and lending situations probably the house we bought ! Would have never turned into fruition. He was always personal! Upfront, had a great sense of humor and shared personal experiences not to many others would go the extra yard for. John just isnt a five star guy! He is the primo ! ?? On a personal note, John makes every effort to go above and beyond for his clients wants and needs. I wanted to live in a near impossible location for myself and you son. John not only made it happen, but he also went out of his way to help with some fixes for the FHA inspection on his own time. Not only was he excellent throughout the entire buying process at keeping me informed but he was also at closing to make aure I understood everything I was signing and that it went smoothly. ZillowVERIFIED John is above all patient. Ive been dealing with him for over a year now. The lack of success is, by no means, his fault but mine. I am on fixed income, partially handicapped (legs) and picky. And still he remains calm, courteous and helpful. If I call late at night for a showing he always knows the locale, makes the contact and replies that night. Always on time for an appt. Has answers to nearly any question on a property and if not he does within an hour. He is top-notch, deserves a sixth star. I would recommend him to my children.

John was so patient while answering our newbie questions and giving us easy to understand explanations to things while not seeming condescending or rude. We left our first showing definite that we were going to put in an offer but decided last minute after the contract was drafted up decided not to. This did not effect how John treated us and he didnt push us to make an offer, he just said no worries and we kept moving along and looking at places with him. John gave us realistic opinions as to what our contract/offer contained and if it was a decent offer, however, he did not force us to offer anything we werent comfortable with and was more than willing to present what we wanted to offer even if it seemed like a long shot. John was super responsive and worked around the clock to ensure everything was running smoothly after our offer was accepted. He pushed the title company and lenders to ensure we closed on time. Ive heard a few horror stories of realtors and we were so blessed that John was our realtor. All around a great guy and a true profession who loves conquering the changes of the real estate world all while providing buyers the best experience possible. 100% would use John again to buy a house! We plan on recommending him to family members.

He got our old house sold in 4 days, then spent the next 3 months(!) helping us find our new home. We walked through dozens of listings, made and lost three separate offers, and finally John found a FSBO that met all our needs. He mediated the negotiations with the owner, managing both our expectations, keeping both parties calm until we reacheda mutually acceptable agreement. The process was stressful for everyone, but John was the calm, professional voice that got us through it all with our sanity (mostly) intact. If you are buying and/ or selling a house, John is your man. I recommend him wholeheartedly, unequivocally, and enthusiastically to anyone who will listen.

From day 1, John was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. He was patient as I traveled from New York City to look at homes over several months and cautioned me about making unreasonable offers for overpriced homes. All throughout the negotiations and closing John was there quickly handling anything and everything. John made the process so easy for me.
