As a self-motivated and energetic person, John developed a strong desire to work for himself and serve the public, so he decided to take the leap into a full-time real estate career in 2013. He quickly became one of the top real estate agents in Culpeper and the surrounding region, winning the Greater Piedmont Realtors® Rookie of the Year award in 2014, and many industry awards in the years since. John gained valuable experience in all types of real estate transactions, including new construction, foreclosures, short sales, land, first time homebuyers, and rentals, and obtained his broker license in 2017.
