John Fischer is a full-time Associate Broker and Realtor(R) with EXIT Cornerstone Realty in Culpeper, Virginia, and specializes in both the Northern and Central Virginia real estate markets.

After obtaining his bachelor's degree in marketing, John spent six years with two major corporations, excelling in the fields of sales, marketing, customer service, and logistics. As a self-motivated and energetic person, John developed a strong desire to work for himself and serve the public, so he decided to take the leap into a full-time real estate career in 2013. He quickly became one of the top real estate agents in Culpeper and the surrounding region, winning the Greater Piedmont Realtors(R) Rookie of the Year award in 2014, and many industry awards in the years since.

John gained valuable experience in all types of real estate transactions, including new construction, foreclosures, short sales, land, first time homebuyers, and rentals, and obtained his broker license in 2017. As an Associate Broker with his firm, John is able to offer each of his clients a superior level of knowledge and expertise in the industry.

John prides himself on having a strong attention to detail, and an extensive knowledge of real estate contracts, making him an exceptional negotiator and advocate for his clients. John resides in Culpeper with his wife, Kate, and their four young children. In his free time, John enjoys the outdoors, hiking, sports, traveling, working on his home, and spending time with his family and friends.
