ZillowVERIFIEDWe had the misfortune of being stuck with Carla to help sell our home. Carla was unprofessional (i.e lateness and generally not being available by telephone) and did not ever take more than 3 minutes to talk with us. She was all about emptying our home and staging it to which we made it clear we could not do that. For whatever reason, it was wrongly assumed we did not live in the home (which we did) so that meant we were surprised one morning (8/28) by the buyer and their agent along with water and sewer and home inspectors. It is already hard to downsize because of being sick and its another thing to be sick and have a circus of people in and out of your home WITHOUT proper notice. For a realty group with such high remakes, HOW did this happen? To add insult, one of my SERVICE animals was lost for more than an hour on the aforementioned day (8/28/20). Carla nor John Clidy nor Keller Williams offered any type of formal apology. Carla nor anyone from Keller Williams bothered to show up to settlement despite a text message to the buyers agent stating she would be 20 minutes late. Carla was NEVER on time to ANY appointments we needed her for nor did she try to help us find another place. This is really all Keller Williams had to offer? What should have been a decent business transaction was easily soiled by having the absolute worst agent in the tristate area.
