Keller Williams Realty

Josh was nothing short of wonderful when helping me sell my home. He was efficient and had really helpful advice for selling my first home. He took the time to sit with me and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and always available anytime when I had questions. His professionalism and punctuality made this process enjoyable. I would 100% recommend Josh to guide you in buying or selling your home!

Josh was amazing, very understanding and knowledgeable. He put my mind at ease when selling my home. His confidence matched the outcome we not only sold our home but above asking price! Josh DELIVERED!

Josh was recommended to us by a mutual friend and hiring him as our realtor was the best decision we could have ever made! We placed the home we owned and loved for over 21yrs. in his hands and he not only priced it right from the start, but also guided us throughout the entire process, responding to all of our questions promptly and keeping us updated along the way. From start to finish everything ran smoothly and within a week we had multiple offers, including the offer that sold our house. We can honestly say that Josh is not only an outstanding and knowledgeable realtor, but on a personal level he is friendly, energetic, and trustworthy. We 100 percent recommend him!!!

Amazing Realtor! Sold our home in a short week. Extremely helpful and immensely knowledgeable. Josh helped us with every aspect of our sale. I'd 100% use again and 100% recommend!!!!

Josh is second to none! Throughout the entire process of selling my home, he was very knowledgeable, communicative and on top of everything. I sincerely appreciate all of his hard work and expertise! Not to mention my house sold in under a week! I'd give him 10 stars if that was a possibility!
