He was so knowledgeable about the whole process from signing the paperwork, to how to have a great showing, to how to make the closing less stressful. He even told us about products to make our home show better. The people that bought our house wanted us out 24 hours before closing, so he figured out the timing to give us the most time to move. We were so impressed that we are using him in the building process to hopefully prevent any problems, especially after we learned he had been in the building business early in his career. We found him very well versed in all phases of selling, buying and building. For a very positive experience, you can't go wrong using John and his team.
