ZillowVERIFIEDI feel compelled to write a review of our experiences with Joey Remington and Palm Paradise Real Estate. We were referred to him by our daughter and son-in-law who had used Joey to purchase their first home, in addition to friends who had used him many years earlier. He was immensely helpful to our daughter as first-time home buyers in many ways, and our friends are using him again as well. We have moved cross-country several times over the past 5 years and without question this was our most positive experience. We have previously worked with other real estate professionals that were simply stellar at their jobs, and a few that were not at all. In addition my wife has family members who were in the real estate business for many decades. Joey provided a level of service that was beyond any of our expectations, and that is based on multiple past experiences as well as running our own business for many decades. We were only present in the Fort Myers area for a few days but had been in contact with him prior to our visit to allow him to determine what our likes and dislikes were based on suggestions made through the online portal. Once we arrived in Florida, we were able to see many properties in a short period of time that Joey determined fit our criteria, one of which we were able to complete an offer on during our stay. This short time frame you would expect to be a stressful issue, but the unbelievable communication we had with Joey made it almost easy in comparison to our previous real estate purchases. In addition, and almost more than his communication skills, was the work ethic and level of professionalism we saw demonstrated time and again. This was all provided in an extremely personal and competent manner. He was always willing to make a call, solve a problem, provide guidance, and suggest service providers for various issues that arose. We were able to complete the necessary financial arrangements from a distance at our current home, and Joey was instrumental in assuring that aspect of the transaction went smoothly. All in all we felt cared for in a way that clearly suggested that Joey treats his clients as family and is an advocate to assure that you get the best deal possible without feeling that you are being manipulated or managed in any way. My wife and I wholeheartedly give our highest recommendation to Joey Remington and the Palm Paradise Real Estate team without reservation. Based on our experiences on the East Coast, the Midwest, the Southwest, and now in Florida we can honestly say that Joey and his team are the absolute best and most trustworthy agents to help guide you through your real estate needs in Fort Myers and the surrounding areas. We truly felt as though we had won the lottery after all was said and done.
