She drove all over the world with us many days until we found our new home. She made the buying process a breeze and got a us a fair price on our old home. She went above and beyond during our move. She helped us pack, made a trip to the new house with some of our belongings, and even helped is clean our old home before closing day. She stayed until after midnight a couple of nights just to make sure we made our closing date. She has become a lifelong friend and we consider her family. If you need a realtor she is the one.

ZillowVERIFIED I attempted to purchase a land to build my house listed by this brokerage. However, this real estate agency did not verify the property they were listings ownership. Our closing attorney found that it was a fraudulent individual attempting to sell the land. We wasted 30 days and $450 in soil test however prior to finding this out. This could've been easily discovered had the listing agent with Joe Stockdale Realty did their job. I would never hire this agency for anything. Its professional negligence that you just take a call from someone over the phone to sell a property without meeting them or thoroughly vetting their identification to make sure THEY OWN THE PROPERTY before listing that property for sale.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a confirmed tour scheduled for the 25th at 10:00 AM. I followed up with her multiple times throughout the week to ensure there were no changes. Despite this, I drove all the way from Alabama to Atlanta, only to be informed without prior notice, explanation, or even a basic expression of empathy that the appointment had been canceled. This experience was not only disappointing but also reflects a high level of insensitivity and unprofessionalism on her part.
