Our goals were to sell our two rental houses with as little work from us as possible. One house needed a fair amount of work, the other, just some interior updating. But definitely not Pinterest-perfect houses. Joe and Makayla handled it all with ease; we barely had to lift a finger! When the inspection for one came back with some surprises, Makayla took control. They negotiated the repairs in our favor, and we didn't have to do a thing. The rest of the team created lovely listings and online brochures and kept us informed of our progress with timelines. Overall, it was a simple, painless procedure, and our houses sold in days while similar ones are still lingering on the market.
