He listened to my concerns and reassured me that his team would handle everything. When he shared the expected listing and sale price, based on this market, he was spot on. The next member of the Team who met was Miss Gaby. This young lady came to take the photos for the listing, and was professional and courteous. She was a breath of fresh air. Not only did she have the photography skills, but she also had an eye on how best to highlight the house in a way to display its salient selling points. Last, but certainly not least, is Ory Gari my real estate agent. When we first talked on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. How she was able to handle this complicated sale is a testament to her character. We closed on my home last week, and I am grateful to Ory. My initial meeting with Joe Powell put me immediately at ease. Joe listened to my concerns (regarding pet in home) and discussed options available. Prior to the home being listed, he also discussed the ?hand-off? process to the other professional team members in the office. It was like clockwork. I didn?t deal with the ?brick and mortar? option, where a sign is posted in your yard or an agent holds an open house to any and everyone. It felt more like a control private sale. I am pleased to say that I received so many offers (in two days), I had to make minor adjustments, but it was worth it. This team responded very quickly to all my questions and I loved the online access. The Powell Real Estate team were very familiar with the market and listed to attract buyers, not scare buyers away.
