I listed my house through Joe at the height of the sellers market frenzy of 2022. He correctly predicted that prices were going to start coming down within a matter of weeks (it ended up being less than 10 days) and helped me manage my expectations on what the house would end up being worth. I, in turn, told him that I had the strongest preference possible to sell to an actual family - and not to an investor looking to make a quick buck. He came through in so many different ways. He was always willing to dig for the right answers, and just like me he valued being up front and completely honest with potential buyers. He kept me updated on the Open House while I was out of town and took on a lot of extra paperwork that comes with being a military family. I ended up selling to another military family for the exact price that he had thought I would get.
