My fiancA(C) and I had such a wonderful experience working with Joe, Dave, and the team at Mark Allen Realty! Being first time homebuyers in the middle of one of the toughest markets in a long time, Joe and Dave helped us through the process and answered all of our questions (we had a ton). From our first Zoom meeting, we knew Joe and Dave would be the team we wanted to work with! They understood our vision and helped us shape it along the way. We did all of our showings with Dave and he was wonderful about communicating and helping us notice things we wouldn't otherwise have spotted. When we were ready to put in an offer, all of the steps were taken quickly. The process was not easy, but Dave and Joe really did help us every step of the way. Our journey as first time homebuyers started a bit rocky when the first property that accepted our offer ended up having some fire damage. When we decided to rescind our offer, Dave was right there with us to continue the showings and to help us reflect. Then, when we got outbid on a different property (due to the current market), Dave assured us that we would continue to be patient and persistent. The next house we put in an offer on is the one we are currently sitting in now...all thanks to Dave, Joe, Kelsey, and the wonderful attorney and inspector they recommended to us. It was so reassuring to have such a great support team, especially considering our lack of knowledge on the process.
