About Joe Holland

I am passionate about real estate. Whether you are buying, selling or renting my goal is to provide you with unsurpassed service. I began my real estate career as an investor in 2000 and was licensed with Re/Max in 2003. I have been licensed throughout the majority of my career with large brokerages and teams. In 2018 after 15 years in the business, I decided to leave the larger brokerage concept obtain my brokers license and open my own brokerage. I purchased a NextHome franchise which is one of the fastest growing real estate franchises in the country for small to mid-size brokerages and was named the #1 Real Estate Franchise in 2020! NextHome is a consumer centric company and provides the technology that consumers want and is not about building huge real estate brokerages with high overhead and antiquated technology. I wanted to offer my clients a more personalized one on one service while still giving them the same high end marketing with professional photography, drone footage and same website IDX forwarding for listings. Now I can focus one on one with my clients so they don't feel like they are not getting personalized services as they should be receiving. I am a Howard County native and service all of the counties surrounding the Baltimore Metropolitan area including Howard, Anne Arundel, Carroll, Frederick, Prince Georges and Calvert counties as well as parts of the Eastern Shore. Aside from being honest, ethical and having integrity in all interactions with clients, I'm looking to build a long-term relationship and be your agent for life. In 2019 & 2020 I was honored to be named in the top 4% of the Top Producer's in the Baltimore & Central Maryland region. I am also honored to be named Best of Zillow which is only awarded to the top 10% of Zillow Premier agents in the country. When evaluating properties, I draw upon my knowledge as a long-time real estate investor and my construction background. This extra insight helps my clients understand home values and possible renovation improvements. Additionally, I have a close working relationship with contractors in every aspect of construction and can provide clients with quality referrals. Personally, when I'm not working on my own real estate investments and renovation projects, I love mountain biking and traveling. In good weather, you'll find me boating and fishing on the Chesapeake Bay & the bright clear waters of the Florida Keys.

Joe did a superb job helping us finding our dream home to retire. He is very responsive by phone and text. I think he was always sending us a couple of listing per day. After finding two candidates, Joe explained to us all possible ways we could present bids to the seller. I was amazed at all the possible scenarios you can include in a bid to attract the seller to your offer. After our bid was accepted, Joe helped us finding a home inspector. Joe showed up at the house inspection and stayed until the end. He had recommendation for almost everything...even a lender for the mortgage. And the lender was fantastic. Finally, to provide us peace of mind after closing, he bought us a 1-year home warranty that covered almost everything in the house; including water pipes.
