The reason is that I was never pressured to take an offer I wasn't completely happy with. Joe wasn't desperate to close he wanted me to feel comfortable closing the deal that I was going to be happy with. He advice is worth close to 10% of a home but I got him at a steal at the sellers agent rate, lol. He was and is my agent moving forward. I hope to continue to do business with him buying and selling other properties as well as investment properties. I encourage you to think of Joe when you think of real estate. He was able to keep me connected to the market, investors, buyers, and financing. A worth of knowledge and wealth all locked away in his head.
