Joe made it appear that my house was the only house he had listed but in truth he was working on quite a few deals and for that I'm very grateful. The reason is that I was never pressured to take an offer I wasn't completely happy with. Joe wasn't desperate to close he wanted me to feel comfortable closing the deal that I was going to be happy with. He advice is worth close to 10% of a home but I got him at a steal at the sellers agent rate, lol. He was and is my agent moving forward. I hope to continue to do business with him buying and selling other properties as well as investment properties. I encourage you to think of Joe when you think of real estate. He was able to keep me connected to the market, investors, buyers, and financing. A worth of knowledge and wealth all locked away in his head.

Joe did a stellar job finding us a house quickly. We were pre-approved on a Friday afternoon and he was sending us listing Friday evening/Saturday morning. By Tuesday we were viewing houses and went under contract. He was knowledgeable every step of the way. He, also, communicates efficiently and effectively. Ask him any questions and he will know the answer or find you the answer. I will recommend Joe to anyone who is looking to buy/sell.

Joe was very knowledgeable about the housing market and was a huge help in finding the right house for our family. We werent certain of which area we wanted to live in (Canton, Woodstock, Alpharetta, Milton, Cumming), and Joe was able to recommend homes in all areas. We were on a tight timeline, and over a weekend, he took us to many homes in all areas. Once we found the right house, Joe negotiated a very good deal for us and stayed in constant contact through closing. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Joe as an agent. We have moved many times, and Joe is the best agent we have had whether buying or selling a house.
