We thought they were a little crazy when they told us how much they would list our house for, but we trusted them and they helped us list our house for top dollar- we became the highest comp in the neighborhood thanks to them! We would have left thousands sitting on the table without their help and knowledge of the market. They had our house sold with multiple offers the first day we listed, so we didn't have to keep the house in "show condition" for long with 3 kids running around. They helped us seal the deal on the offer we put on the house we wanted to buy even though we were in a multiple offers situation and ours wasn't the most appealing offer of the bunch since our house wasn't listed yet.
